Adriano DeSouza won his first ever ASP event yesterday in scrappy waves against Chris Davidson. DeSouza also had to beat Kelly in the semi finals in less than perfect onshore beach break. It’s interesting to see these guys rip is scrappy waves. It really shows their talent when the waves aren’t perfect. Adriano has been riding Timmy Patterson boards and his results in the last two events show that the boards are working great for him. Patterson has been making boards for the ASP pros for a long long time. His R&D with those guys translates directly into his line-up of sleds.
