Hey Shredders. Look we’ve got a few super nice used boards in the shop at the moment so don’t fret about what to ride. Just come on down and see what one feels like under your arm. We’re also waiting of a fresh batch of Channel Islands sleds. We’ll let you know soon as they get here. And finally don’t forget that we’ve got the latest flip flops from Vans and Cobian. Better get some before your size and colour are sold out.

Hey all. There’s lots to be stoked about in mid-April. Sun, warm weather and longer days is enough for most. But also there’s the prospect of new adventures, new threads and new…. we’ll let your imagination take hold. In the meantime here’s a little slide show of some of what’s new in the store. In ASP news old man Kelly Slater took the win over Mick Fanning in this year’s second ASP event. It goes to show that learning to surf in sloppy choppy wind swell pays off.
Hey we’ve got a few new Timmy Patterson boards in the shop including a sweet resin swirled 6’1” quad fish. Come by to see for yourself. We also have a bunch of new clothes from RVCA, Lucy Love and more …and some fresh new Smith sunglasses.
It’s been a long winter and for some of us wetsuit repair is imminent. Here’s a handy little clip to show you one way of doing it. And if your suit is just too far gone then we can help with that too. We carry three brands of limestone based wetsuits – Patagonia, West and Matuse. Limestone neoprene absorbs less water than traditional petrol based rubber, keeping you warmer longer. Do it.

Our friend Damon sent us this great photo that he took last week on one of the glorious sunny days. It’s a nice reminder that summer is on it’s way. Spring is here now for sure and with it comes rain and iffy swells. Rumor has it (actually I was there) that there were some fun waves early this morning. Sometimes you just gotta go and look at it.
We’ve got lots of new threads and other cool gear coming in on a regular so come on in while on your lunch break or after class.
SANS will be hosting the annual spring contest again this year at Lawrencetown beach. Visit the SANS site for more information. And speaking of contests, the Bells Beach waiting period begins March 30th -there’s still time for Fantasy Surfer.
